About Guardian Intensive Outpatient
The Guardian Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a comprehensive, gender-specific program to adults suffering from substance dependency. Guardian IOP provides unique and innovative treatment options to adults who either do not require residential care, or who are looking for continuing care following the recent completion of an inpatient treatment program. Our dedicated team of addiction specialists developed an IOP program that is both accessible and effective; a comprehensive program that includes a variety of proven therapeutic modalities. We understand that no two recovery journeys are the same, and that what works for one individual might not work for another. For this reason, we pay close attention to individual needs and help each client develop a personalized plan and treatment-focused goals that are unique to them. If you have recently completed an inpatient treatment program and are looking for additional support, if you do not require such an intensive level of care, our IOP program is likely an ideal option. Our Intensive Outpatient Programs
At Guardian IOP, we offer programs of recovery based on specific needs and requirements. Our IOP program focuses on relapse prevention, a return to independent living and the successful integration of newly developed life skills. We offer gender and age-specific programs, as well as dual diagnosis treatment. If you or someone you love has been struggling with a mild substance abuse disorder or is in need of ongoing support, our specialized program provides an intensive - however less committal - level of quality care. We combine evidence based therapeutic modalities with several proven holistic approaches to healing. Some of the services offered by Guardian IOP include cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization, individual and group therapy, family therapy, life skills training and 12 step immersion. The Guardian IOP program will generally consist of several hours of therapy up to five days a week, as well as involvement in many of the other services we provide. Some additional services that you are more than welcome to take advantage of include fitness programs, nutritional guidance, educational opportunities and vocational training. Our admissions process is quick and easy. We understand that with so many options to choose from, finding the right program for you might seem overwhelming at first. Fortunately, we are here to help. We will help you determine which program will best suit your personal needs, and help place you in a more appropriate level of care if IOP will not be the most beneficial to you. If we do determine that Guardian IOP will be an ideal fit, we will help admit you as quickly as possible. In most cases, the cost of our IOP program will be partially or completely covered by your health insurance policy. We offer no-obligation insurance benefit checks if you are unsure whether or not your current policy will help cover the cost.
