The practice offers therapists with years of clinical experience and our motto is, "Willing to help those who want to help themselves." It is important that you feel a non-judgmental, safe, and trusting therapeutic environment so that treatment is effective. We work for our clients well-being, not for us. Our dedicated staff has gone into the field of counseling because they believe in it, but more importantly, they believe in YOU even at times when you may struggle to believe in yourself. We can help you gain insight toward the root causes and thought patterns that are causing active symptoms, emotional discomfort, and behaviors. It is only when the root of the problem is discovered, can the solution be worked on. The therapist will never judge you based on your history, presenting problem, race, ethnic background, religion, culture, or sexual orientation. We use evidence based treatment practices and tailor them to each client's unique needs to recognize the potential effective solutions to problems they are facing, guide them to promote growth and positive change in their life, and to live an emotionally and physically healthy, productive, and happy lifestyle. Our Services
All clinicians in the practice have 10 or more years clinical experience. We offer 45 to 60 minute individual in-person or teletherapy (virtual) sessions, and 90 minute in-person or teletherapy sessions for couples and families. Insurance is verified prior to your first session and any out of pocket expenses such as co-payments and deductibles are explained to the client up front so there are no suprise expenses. It is important for you to be matched with a therapist that specializes in the area of your presenting problem. If the presenting problem is not something one of our staff does not specializes in, we will suggest another provider or treatment center that is more suited for you so that your treatment is effective and has the best possible outcome.
