Insight Treatment Programs are intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) programs for teens and early young adults (14-19 years of age) suffering from mental health and addiction issues. Every family is unique and has different needs, problems, and resources. Therefore, Insight’s treatment staff takes pride in creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each family’s specific goals. Evolve Treatment Centers supports adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, addiction, and/or behavioral issues. Our virtual Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs are geared towards teens whose symptoms and behaviors are disrupting their day-to-day home living. Teens in our Partial Hospitalization Program participate in our full day of structured programming five days a week. Teens in our Intensive Outpatient Program attend three hours of programming three/four days a week. Our programs serve as a smooth transition for teens stepping down from an inpatient or residential treatment program, or as a higher level of treatment for teens requiring more structure than just weekly outpatient therapy. In both telehealth programs, teens receive individual and family sessions, multiple group sessions a day, psychiatric evaluations and educational/academic support (all via HIPAA-compliant video conference). Teens also participate in experiential activities like music therapy, art therapy, meditation, and yoga. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, structured, and accepting environment where adolescents learn the skills necessary for sustainable recovery.

Evolve treats teens ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, substance use, or behavioral issues. We specialize in adolescent depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, personality disorders, substance use, dual diagnoses, suicidality and other issues. Many of our teens have difficulty regulating emotions and are engaging in high-risk/self-harm behaviors. Our team of highly qualified, licensed clinicians and medical professionals utilize evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teach teens practical skills for distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and improved impulse control. Through individual therapy, family therapy, group sessions, psychiatry, and experiential therapies (including art, music, yoga, fitness and more), your child will learn ways to manage stress, communicate appropriately, and lead a more fulfilled, productive life. When detoxing from Alcohol and Benzos (like xanax, ativan, and klonopin), more severe withdrawal symptoms can often even include seizures. At Pillars Recovery Detox, Medical Professionals will monitor our clients 24/7 for their own health and safety. They may also administer medications that ease some of the discomforts of withdrawal.

No-interest self-payment plans are available in the absence of insurance coverage. We incorporate multiple evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT Skills Training, Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, & Anger Management. Teens participate in individual/family therapy, psychiatry sessions, and learn coping skills to help them achieve lifelong recovery. We also integrate daily academic support and experiential therapies (e.g. equine, surf, art, drama, fitness, boxing, cooking, and yoga) into our structured daily schedule. For families from out of state, we offer family therapy via HIPAA-compliant video conference. Evolve is fully licensed and accredited by CARF and the Joint Commission, and we offer gender affirming treatment for LGBTQ+ and transgender youth.
