FCCR Fredericksburg cares about each individual who come to us seeking help for a substance use disorder. We work with our patients to develop a personal plan for recovery, which may include medication-assisted treatment as well as outpatient counseling services. As part of the Pinnacle Treatment Centers network, we provide our patients with services like Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), Office-Based Opiate Treatment (OBOT), Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) such as Methadone, Burenorphine/Suboxone, Continuing Care, and a RAASAP-approved Program.

Groups
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for adults, 18 years and older, who are experiencing significant problems related to their alcohol and/or mood-altering drug use. Our program is designed to provide short term stabilization while still maintaining an independent lifestyle. Our goal is to help you get back to living your life with greater insight and personal growth. The majority of the therapeutic work in the IOP program is accomplished by group therapy sessions. Family support is essential to recovery success. Family group sessions are held each week and family members are strongly encouraged to attend.
