Adult DBT Group
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that helps adults manage intense emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and reduce impulsive or self-destructive behaviors. Participants learn skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. FSR's comprehensive DBT program includes weekly skills groups, individual therapy, and phone coaching to support skill use in everyday life. Our DBT team works collaboratively to provide consistent, specialized care. Through DBT, participants build healthier coping strategies, increase emotional stability, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Adolescent DBT Group
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents helps teens and their families develop skills to manage emotions, reduce conflict, improve relationships, and cope with life's challenges. DBT is especially helpful for teens struggling with anxiety, depression, impulsive behaviors, self-harm urges, or emotional dysregulation. Participants learn mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills in a supportive group setting. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate and reinforce skills at home. Through DBT, teens build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain confidence in managing difficult situations both now and in the future.
