Our mission is to promote the mental health and well-being of members of community via the provision of short-term individual and group psychotherapy, outreach, prevention, education, early identification and prevention, and community consultation. Strengths
We specialize in helping people of all ages and backgrounds experiencing imbalance in their personal, family, marriage or professional lives. We are a Group Practice and we have therapists who are licensed and/or working as interns under the supervision of licensed therapists. You Are Not Alone
