Building Healthy Relationships

No Group running at this Time: This group is for men and women wanting to better understand and improve their relationships with others. These relationships may be with family, co-workers, friends, or romantic partners. Issues discussed in this group include communication in relationships, gender issues, assertiveness, how you come across to others or interact with others, beginning and ending relationships, and interpersonal conflicts. Through sharing, receiving feedback, and interacting with others, group members will be able to explore important issues and gain knowledge and understanding that may lead to new and/or healthier relationships.
