We specialize in issues including substance use, depression, anxiety, low motivation, self-esteem, as well as difficulties with relationships, school and job performance. Mentors give you guidance in developing skills, offer a mature perspective on life, and introduce new avenues for producing results and developing effective relationships with others. We work with you to develop lifestyle, organizational and social skills that prepare you for the world. In addition, we can act as a sobriety coach if you are struggling with substance use.
