Ethical Care
As an independent in-network provider of both mental health and substance abuse treatment, we can provide the optimal setting for individuals exploring their treatment needs. If you’re unsure what level of care is best, or what options exist, we welcome you to contact us. In many cases, persons receiving assessments at ETHOS are found to require a different level of care than we provide. To that point, we have built a vast yet highly selective network of outpatient therapists, detox centers, inpatient residential programs, private practice agencies, and sober living communities that we will refer to when appropriate. Our mission always has and always will be to get people into the most appropriate level of care by the best providers in the field.
Intensive Outpatient Program
ETHOS Intensive outpatient programs provide the structure and support that our patients need to thrive at this stage. Participants in an outpatient program have the opportunity to develop a greater sense of self-efficacy, or the belief that they have the ability to successfully handle life’s challenges. A sense of self-efficacy comes from meeting the responsibilities of day-to-day life while continuing to meet commitments to a recovery program. Intensive Outpatient Programming provides more independence than inpatient or residential care. IOP allows patients to engage in everyday life through relationships, social engagements, work, or school. ETHOS treatment provides education, therapy and insight to learn how to handle the emotions and stresses of daily life while maintaining their commitment to recovery. ETHOS Intensive outpatient offers small group experiences to aid in stabilization and discovering their foundation for recovery through the use of relational repair. Small groups foster a sense of community, engaging each person to help heal one another through the use of empathy and shared similar experiences.
What ETHOS Provides
Each client engages in ETHOS by a different path, complete with its own challenges. We believe each individual's journey must follow a course that is equally unique. This is why we specialize in providing clients with genuinely individualized treatment. FAMILY OR PHONE CONSULTATION Often a family member is the first responder when an individual is in crisis. Overwhelmed with the lack of resources and information, families will find solace in calling ETHOS. We are here to help you to navigate foundational steps for your loved one. We are only a phone call away. DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATIONS For many, the first step in healing is identifying the root of the symptom. ETHOS offers a comprehensive, evidence-based evaluation, aiding to identify family of origin issues, diagnostic criteria and framing contextual life events that could be exacerbating current symptoms. INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS & SPECIALIZED SMALL GROUPS Individual sessions and small groups in a confidential and comfortable environment are frequently the first-line of treatment. FAMILY THERAPY Research suggests that family therapy is the single largest indicator for positive outcomes.
