Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is embedded in our program. DBT is evidenced based and effective in reducing impulsive and reactive behavior. As part of the program, we offer holistic, mindfulness activities weekly. Our group treatment is offered three hours a day, three days a week for 7.5 weeks (24 sessions).
