Women's Specific Treatment
At Empower!, We believe that women best heal from mental health, relationship, or substance dependency in an honest, supportive, caring group that supports their health and well-being. Our program work is designed to encourage empowering relationships with other women to help build a strong social support network while learning and demonstrating the skills needed to live the best lives possible. The program addresses low self-esteem, shame, fear, trust issues, trauma, and depression as well as addictive disorders. When trauma, fears, and other psychological barriers inhibit women from connecting with others in a healthy way, sobriety and healthy living become even more challenging to achieve. However, when women learn to trust one another and build a loving and supportive community, that community can form a strong base for individual healing and recovery. This is the first step in a journey of recovery from mental health or substance abuse issues. Women are part of a powerful community that addresses the issues impacting them, identify what needs to change and how to grow, and then practicing and learning to live in a more deliberate and effective way.
FHE Health
Empower! is part of FHE Health treatment family and our approach is different. Most drug and alcohol treatment centers around the country utilize a 28-day treatment model, which has proven to be less successful in the treatment of drug addiction and alcoholism. Unlike this model, addiction treatment at FHE Health begins with a safe medical detox, followed by the gradual transition to lower levels of care, and ultimately, living on your own in a healthy, sober environment. FHE Health provides a comprehensive, fully-integrated and all-inclusive gender-specific program that specifically targets all aspects of substance abuse treatment.We recognize that one size does not fit all in addiction treatment. We have developed individualized gender-specific programs for the treatment of Young Adults, Professionals, Baby Boomers and patients struggling with trauma and/or co-occurring disorders. At the FHE we recognize that addiction is a disease that requires a comprehensive therapeutic approach and the active involvement of the family unit to achieve stable, long-term recovery.

Committing to treatment is scary- we recognize this fact and we have designed our facility and our programs to keep you safe and comfortable. Our upscale medical detox center is equipped with 800 thread count sheets, flat screen TV's in every room, rain-showers and plush towels in every bath, and a fully stocked dining room with ice cream machines and unlimited snacks. For your safety our medical staff is with you 24 hours a day. Upon completion of detox we offer high quality accommodations, gender specific swimming pools and an on-site café which offers delicious meals and snacks on our outdoor patio. Our holistic Wellness Center offers massage therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, yoga and a state-of-the-art fitness center. All of these amenities are located on our beautiful all inclusive campus. FHE Health is a nationally recognized, CARF accredited facility that has been helping struggling addicts for almost a decade. We accept most major heath insurances and credit cards.
