Groups for Substance Disorders & Mental Health
Archstone Counseling & Treatment is a collection of therapists who share a similar vision of being trauma-focused and committed to providing quality groups and individual sessions to help clients with trauma, addictions and complex situations. Our main program is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorders. We offer EMDR, a specialized form of trauma therapy and neurofeedback (LENS) which we extend to our IOP clients at no extra charge to the client. Our IOP meets Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. We have an afternoon group that meets from 12 to 3 pm and an evening group that meets from 6 to 9 pm.

Our groups and programs begin with an individual assessment. Our goal is to offer an atmosphere of trust and safety while addressing sensitive issues. Collectively we have decades of experience. We try to offer group times that work well for clients as the group demand permits. Indiviudal Therapy
We employ many therapists who have many years of expertise in a variety of topics. Our focus on multiple areas including mental health, substance abuse, grief and trauma allow us to handle the complexity that comes with having multiple issues. Substance Abuse
Archstone Counseling & Treatment provides a variety of programs for substance use disorders. Assessments are conducted in advance of enrolling in our programs and our staff provides free consultations by phone. We are a caring group of therapists that provides standard and alternative approaches and plans for successful treatment and recovery. Our programs for substance use disorders include Suboxone Groups (1 hour 1x/wk. for 12 weeks), Education Groups (1x/wk. for 2 hours for 16 weeks), Outpatient Groups (2x/wk. for 2 hours for 16 weeks) and IOP (3x/wk. for 3 hours for 8 weeks + weekly Aftercare Groups).
