Embark Behavioral Health operates an exceptional network of treatment and therapy programs across the United States. We specialize in preteens, teens, and young adults, struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health and substance abuse issues. Our programs include in-home treatment, virtual coaching and counseling, outpatient clinics, intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), day treatment, also known as a partial hospitalization program (PHP), wilderness therapy, short-term residential treatment programs, long-term residential treatment, therapeutic boarding schools, and young adult transitional living options.

Depression, anxiety, and suicide are on the rise and young people are at risk today more than ever before. Too many young people go through life suffering from trauma, loneliness, social pressure, feelings of worthlessness, anxiety, depression, and shame. It doesn’t have to be this way. Our continuum of care can help your adolescent, teen, and young adult get the care they need through healing individual, group, and family therapy, and therapeutic/peer mentoring. Family is essential to the process of challenging difficult mental health issues like BPD and oppositional defiant disorder that’s why our programs provide families with parent coaching and involvement throughout the treatment process so you can be a part of your child’s healing journey. We provide a safe, nurturing environment to help families and their children develop insight into the nature of their inner thoughts, feelings, experiences, needs, and proactive methods to address these. In addition to traditional therapy methods, our programs give your child the opportunity to participate in therapeutic and experiential activities that help young people learn healthy and appropriate ways to find enjoyment in life.
Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment
For pre-teen, teen, and young adult girls and boys struggling with school refusal, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and other behavioral health issues, the earlier they are diagnosed the more effective treatment can be. Embark believes that substance abuse and substance addiction co-occur alongside many mental health issues. For troubled adolescents struggling with substance abuse issues, Embark offers substance abuse counseling through recovery programs that provide simultaneous education and recovery for addictions that develop alongside mental illnesses. Embark’s treatment options include self-management and recovery training (SMART), substance abuse recovery, substance abuse counseling, recovery groups, and substance abuse education, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). These treatment options help pre-teens, teens, and young adults understand how to navigate their way through difficult drug and alcohol issues while overcoming mental health issues. Call or Email
