Groups
Eating Disorders IOP

The Eating Disorders IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) at Embark Behavioral Health in Phoenix, Arizona is 3-5 days per week. We understand the devastating toll that Eating Disorders can take on a person and on their family. We incorporate group therapy, individual sessions, and family involvement to provide the best chances for moving on to the fullness of life. Groups are small and generally do not exceed 10 adolescents, teens, or young adults, allowing for a safe and supportive environment. We have provided this opportunity for support and healing since 2012.
