Our overall treatment options include self-management and recovery training (SMART), substance abuse counseling, substance abuse recovery groups , substance abuse education, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). These treatment options will help your preteen, teen, or young adult understand how to navigate their way through difficult drug and alcohol issues while overcoming mental health challenges.
