Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our virtual IOP program connects you to our state-of-the-art clinic directly through our secure video platform. This is a more convenient and accessible way to receive our high quality care for when attending in person is not an option. Our virtual IOP program can provide more frequent sessions to help meet the needs of your child, with options of attending 4-6 days a week.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
We use Dialectical Behavior Therapy to identify and change thinking patterns and unhealthy behaviors that negatively affect quality of life, teaching teens and young adults how to develop new skills to effectively cope with stress, manage emotions, decrease conflict, improve relationships with others, focus on the present and live in the moment. We then help them practice these skills so they can apply what they have learned at home, at school, at work, and in the community, and achieve their goals, improve upon their well-being, and effect lasting positive change.
SMART Recovery
Our DBT Day Treatment Program provides an intensive level of mental health treatment to young people in crisis due to severe and acute psychiatric symptoms. Often, this level of care can be an alternative to hospitalization or can be an appropriate place to land after a brief crisis-stabilization inpatient stay. Our highly skilled staff offers effective individualized treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns that may include severe depression, suicidal ideation, a history of self-harming behaviors, emotional imbalance and other forms of serious emotional difficulty.
