Our Mission
At Ellie, we're transforming the culture of mental health by creating inclusive spaces where everyone can feel like they belong. Our mission is to compassionately transform the culture of mental health care by providing creative solutions that make wellness accessible in every community. And while we know that caring for your mental health and being vulnerable with someone you just met can seem scary, we do everything that we can to make each Ellie appointment as comfortable and as fun as possible. We aim to walk along this journey with you and provide you with a comfortable place to talk, decompress, do the work, and heal.
How We Can Help
Each therapist on staff specializes in something a little bit different and brings a unique perspective to therapy so chances are we have someone that can help you out! We offer individual counseling, couples counseling, family counseling, and play therapy. Our therapists that do individual counseling specialize in a wide range of issues from anxiety and depression to average life stressors and trauma. When thinking about couples counseling, all couples can benefit from couples counseling. Whether you're dating, engaged, or married, relationships can be messy. Therapy might be right for you if you're experiencing a rough patch, are considering separating, or just want to become better communicators and partners in life. Ellie can help you feel better, together. When one family member struggles, it can impact the whole family. This is where family therapy can come in. Everyone needs help with their mental health sometimes - and if anyone in your family is struggling, we can help. From couples counseling to individual counseling, to child and play therapy, we can help make the whole family stronger.
