I practice therapy as a space for liberation. Rooted in trauma-informed care, my work explores how the systems of colonialism, racism, and carcerality shape our lives and relationships. By examining how these forces show up internally and externally, we work together to reclaim agency and foster change. Therapy isn’t neutral, and I hold space for those harmed by our current system—especially clients facing familial or institutional betrayal, internalized oppression, and systemic barriers.

No issue is too big or small to bring to therapy. Taking a relational approach, I meet you where you’re at and collaborate with you to reach your goals. My role is to empower you to make the changes you want to see. I honor the importance of building a therapeutic relationship and allow time and space for this process. I also take a culturally sensitive approach and incorporate your values into therapy.

I specialize in supportive work with individuals experiencing critical mental health concerns, cPTSD, PTSD, OCPD, OCD, and substance use challenges, including co-occurring disorders and high-risk behaviors. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can address what’s happening right now while building skills for long-term stability and growth. I practice from a trauma-informed lens and thoughtfully consider cultural identity, systemic stressors, and lived experience in our work together. I am committed to affirming care that supports body positivity, self-acceptance, and empowered personal narratives.

You're high achieving, someone who others tend to rely on almost immediately, but the way you've coped for most of your life is suddenly crumbling inside of you. You're waking up in the middle of the night with your mind already going; you numb as frequently as your work, class schedule, and family life allow; breathing starts to feels difficult when you notice it at all, and sometimes you wonder if your chest has always felt this tight, or if your shoulders will ever relax. You may or may not have an idea what has brought this on, but you're ready to experience your life differently.
