Intensive Outpatient & Outpatient in St. Paul

Elite Recovery offers Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) treatment to adult men/male and adult women/female identifying and adult LGBTQIA+ struggling with substance use and mental health issues. Elite Recovery, LLC is offering individual and group treatment services 100% in person. Virtual access will be considered on a case by case basis. Morning program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 am-12:35 pm Men's Evening program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5-7:35 pm Women's Evening program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 - 8:15 Women's Afternoon Program is Monday - Friday 1:30 - 5:05 LGBTQIA+ Program is Monday - Friday 9am-12:35pm Elite Advantage PHP IOP with Lodging 30 Hour Program for Men, 36 beds . Elite Recovery Engage offers a Co-Ed Virtual IOP for those 25 miles outside the Twin Cities Metro. Elite Recovery also offers: Access to appointments with contracted providers for MAT, psychotropic medication, individual and/or couples/family therapy, and physical health medications Chemical Health Assessments by appointment, Via Telehealth, mobile assessor and in person, call 612-719-4137 to schedule.

How will my mental health issues be addressed?

Elite Recovery is a co-occurring program, meaning substance use issues and mental health issues are treated simultaneously. We will work cooperatively with your therapist or psychiatrist. If you do not have a therapist or psychiatrist, we can assist you in securing one or both. Clients are evaluated for mental health issues upon intake and strategies to manage mental health are incorporated into the individualized treatment plan that the counselor and client will formulate together.

Chemical Health Assessments

A chemical health assessment is used to determine whether a person meets the criteria for a substance use disorder, and a best plan of action for treatment. Elite Recovery offers chemical health assessments both virtually through telehealth as well as in person.
