Program Description
Elevate Recovery Center is a community-based health care organization serving Anne Arundel County and the surrounding areas. Elevate Recovery Center specializes in providing quality co-occurring, mental health care and comprehensive alcohol/drug addiction treatment. At Elevate (ERC) we believe in optimizing success through client-centered treatment plans which utilize multifaceted therapeutic approaches to improve outcome. Our treatment plans include Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Medication Management, and Humanitarian Support Services offered at the Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient level of care. Our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic is designed to put you first. We have licensed clinicians on staff ready to help you meet your mental health goals. Partial Hospitalization Program (also known as PHP) is the highest level of care in the outpatient setting. PHP meets 7 days a week from nine to four and incorporates intensive group, family and individual therapy. During PHP clients will continue to take drug and alcohol test to help keep them accountable. Clients may attend PHP anywhere from 21 to 30 days based on clinical necessity. AFTERCARE IOP/OP Our Intensive Outpatient Program (also known as IOP) is designed to provide you with the support you need as you begin steps towards independence. Whether you are stepping down your treatment or entering IOP as your initial step, our team will create an individualized plan based around your needs during early recovery. You will meet with an individual therapist as well take part in group and family therapy. IOP meets three to four times a week for two hours. Outpatient therapy (also known as OP) is the least intensive program we offer. Elevate Recovery Centers outpatient programming meets one to two times a week for a one hour group as well as a minimum of one 1 on 1 with their primary therapist.
