Outpatient Detoxification from Alcohol and Drugs
Outpatient detoxification from alcohol or drugs allows clients to continue fulfilling their professional, educational, and family responsibilities while detoxing from the comfort of their own home. Those interested in outpatient detox are thoroughly assessed by our medical team that specializes in addiction treatment. After undergoing a thorough assessment, clients receive recommendations based upon their unique circumstances and ability to function outside of a medically monitored treatment setting. Outpatient detox is not appropriate for everyone and clients will be thoroughly assessed.
Intensive Outpatient Programs - Adult & Adolescent
Our Intensive Outpatient Programs consist of 6-8 weeks of in-depth, behavioral and psychological education that is geared towards a real change of unhealthy behaviors. Topics covered include: Mental Wellness, Addiction and Recovery, DBT Skills, Mindfulness, Forgiveness, Relationships, CBT Skills, Self-acceptance, Trauma and Seeking Safety, Emotional Wellbeing & Relapse Prevention. Each IOP Group is facilitated by licensed clinicians, utilizing a structured, evidence-based curriculum. Group members have the opportunity to receive mutual support from their peers, as well as an experienced clinical team dedicated to helping them to forge a path of long term recovery. Upon graduation from the IOP, clients step down to a Weekly Support Group that is geared towards reinforcement of skills learned during IOP . Unique to our program, clients will continue to work with their clinical team on an outpatient basis and continue to receive medication management and individual therapy on a long term basis. Clients in our programs also have the opportunity to engage in alternative treatments such as acupuncture to support long term recovery efforts. All services are in-network with insurance.

Our Clinical Team works very closely and collaboratively with clients to develop individualized, developmentally-appropriate treatment plans to ensure the specific goals of each of our clients are met. Clients who complete our program leave well-equipped to face life's most difficult challenges with improved insight, new resources, and problem solving strategies. All of our services are in-network with insurance. When you work with the Clinical Team at Elevate Health and Wellness, you are working with fully licensed clinicians who are highly skilled and experienced in working with individuals who struggle with addiction. Our inter-disciplinary, on-site team of full time staff consists of a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioners, clinical psychologist, clinical social workers, professional counselors and an alcohol and drug counselor. All services are in-network with insurance.

Intensive Outpatient Program - Addiction/Dual Diag

Our IOP is designed for adults who are struggling with Addiction or Dual Diagnosis. This structured group therapy takes place on average over the course of 6 to 8 weeks. Topics covered: Addiction and recovery, mindfulness, DBT, forgiveness, relationships, CBT, self-acceptance, trauma and seeking safety, emotional wellbeing and relapse prevention. IOP meets three days per week, in person, for three hours at a time. Group meets every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12pm - 3pm. Our IOP groups are facilitated by a talented team of experienced and licensed clinicians. In network with insurance.

The relapse prevention group is a supportive forum for adult men and women struggling with alcohol and/or substance use disorders who want to strengthen their recoveries. Meetings focus on increasing one's ability to detect early warning signs of relapse, promoting self-care as an integral part of a healthy recovery routine, and encouraging members to mutually support and learn from one another. Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Elevate’s Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) has been designed to be an immersive and holistic mental health treatment program for teens and can help with an array of issues. These include mild to severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic suicidal ideation and/or self-harming behaviors. So teens suffering from these conditions will benefit greatly from engagement and participation in this program. The goal of our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program is to help adolescents design and create the life they want. We do this using Elevate’s proprietary, evidence-based curriculum. All services In-Network with insurance.
