Intensive Outpatient Programs
Pillars Recovery can function as a step-down program for individuals who already completed more intensive treatment programs, whether at our Residential program or transitioning from another program. For example, individuals who completed a residential treatment or partial hospitalization program may still want some support and guidance as they reintegrate back into their daily lives, which is most often recommended to ensure a successful recovery. An intensive outpatient program offers that transition of independence individuals need to return to their daily lives without risking a relapse by ending treatment too early. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is the strategic use of FDA-approved medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapy during addiction treatment. These medications help ease an individual off of opioids gently to ensure they don’t experience severe discomfort or adverse health effects during detox. At Pillars Recovery, medical professionals and addiction treatment specialists supervise this process to ensure that clients are benefiting from the treatment.
