Our program provides a structured living environment that promotes autonomy as well as the opportunity to function within a group system. We have carefully planned and furnished the living areas to provide the best amenities to ensure our residents comfort. Our administrative staff has education ranging from neuro psychology (Neurofeedback Brain Scans), therapeutic psychology and behavioral science. This unique model allows them to know each resident and their struggles on a deeper level. Why is this important? It allows us to resolve challenging behaviors at the time they occur, reduce the incidence of manipulation and observe the resident throughout the day and report changes in mood and functioning level to the treating psychiatrist. This provides for more effective medication management and allows us to provide accurate and detailed information and accomplish goals much faster. Another highlight that sets us apart from others is our ability to structure a program unique to each client. We maintain a very small staff-to-client ratio, therefore helping to provide more personal support and care.
