Young Adult Men's Addiction Treatment
PACE Recovery Center is an exclusive, gender-specific, extended care, alcohol and drug rehab for men struggling with chemical dependency and behavioral health issues. At PACE Recovery Center's addiction treatment program for men we believe that targeting the underlying behavioral health issues will translate into long-term sobriety. Our approach is to incorporate a variety of different proven therapeutic modalities for each of our client's individualized treatment plans. Clients have the opportunity to be part of the most exciting and dynamic 12-step recovery communities. Too often treatment centers have a one-dimensional approach. They focus solely on the substance issues. Here at PACE, we have a multi-pronged approach to our men's addiction treatment program and philosophy because we understand that our clients are complex beings. Having a place where men can delve into their underlying issues, which have caused them to resort to substance use and self-defeating behaviors, is the core philosophy of PACE. At PACE Recovery Center we specialize in the treatment of young adults (18-30). This age group greatly benefits from evidence based treatment tailored to their unique needs. PACE addresses these critical needs through its expert staff and therapeutic treatment offerings for this cohort. Our structured program provides support as young adults acquire employment and begin to attend school. We focus on goal setting, time management and budgeting, while continuing to address emotional and behavioral issues that arise during this crucial phase of development. Our team of licensed professional counselors and therapists provide guidance and support as real world situations are encountered. The goal is to facilitate continued development of healthy relationships and focus on issues related to identity, interests, values, and boundaries. PACE Academy
The Pace Academy is designed to meet clients where they are at with their academic endeavors. An important part of recovery is establishing and finding routine, structure, purpose, and accountability. At Pace Academy we can help clients at various stages in their academic pursuits including high school diploma, GED, community college, 4 year university, graduate level courses, and the CAADAC (drug and alcohol counselor) program. The goal is NOT to ace astrophysics, but instead to get back into a routine establishing accountability and responsibility for the student and allowing the brain to gradually acclimate to the learning process. It is about boosting self-esteem and self-worth of the client by successfully starting and FINISHING something (which many have not done in some time).
