We believe that people are generally capable of overcoming obstacles in their lives, but sometimes they need help with finding the right tools. We provide hope, encouragement, insight, and guidance so that our clients can find their path to happiness. Our goal for clients is to help them become more effective, insightful, self-confident, and successful at overcoming future hurdles in their own lives and in their relationships.
We are passionate about healing trauma and distressed relationships. We utilize emotionally-focused and Gottman approaches. We also care deeply about those impacted by trauma (abuse, violence, etc.), and utilize tools including EMDR to heal these wounds.
We are creative and energetic problem-solvers, and bring a warm environment to our practice. We often use humor in sessions to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for exploration and growth. We are also professional and stay mindful of working toward your treatment goals.
