A typical day at our beautiful and exclusive Residential setting on 5 private acres in Loomis, CA will include individual counseling with either our Life Coach, a Certified Addiction Counselor, or our Licensed Therapist, and group therapy sessions using evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Assessment and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. Part of a day's schedule will also include holistic classes. Also known as "experiential therapies", these optional classes include art therapy, recreation therapy at California Family Fitness, mindful meditation, mindfulness walks, Folsom Lake hikes, equine therapy, yoga, massage therapy, or simply relaxing in the spa. No other program in the country offers such a wide variety of therapeutic experiences combined with customized evidence based treatment. Not surprisingly, our patients report a 95% program satisfaction rate on average as well as excellent success rates long after they have graduated from the program. We offer Medically Supervised Detox, and short and long term residential treatment at Villa Ladera. Once you complete your residential stay, If you want continuing support that is less intensive and not requiring 24/7 monitoring, our Day Treatment program is another option that runs from 9:00am to 3pm Monday - Friday. We also offer 3 hour Intensive Outpatient (IOP) classes Mon - Fri in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings at our Citrus Heights and Sacramento IOP locations, and all services are covered 100% by most insurances.
