While long-term treatment is the ideal approach for creating sustainable recovery we at Granite Mountain BHC understand that often there are financial and environmental challenges that make commitment to a long-term treatment process difficult. That is why each client's treatment plan is designed with these realities in mind. We offer multiple treatment tracks that strive to accommodate the needs of each individual client. These tracks include thirty, sixty, and ninety day programs, as well as a gambling track, athlete specific track, and more. All tracks engage the client in a transformative process based on the principles of community, commitment, and connection, grounded in the neuroscience of substance use disorder treatment. Recover Strong Programming
Our foundational program is a client-centered, strengths-based treatment approach for addiction recovery and other mental health issues. Recover Strong utilizes the neuroscience of physical movement with intense physical exercise to achieve neuroregeneration in a community setting. The effect of this process in the brain will support an improved capacity to handle stress, a reduction in symptoms of anxiety or depression, as well as improved cognition, social engagement, self-image, and self-esteem. As the foundational program in our treatment model, we have witnessed improved retention rates, which have a significant impact on addiction recovery success rates, group attendance, and community engagement, as well as minimal after hours patient vs. patient conflicts that require intervention.
