What We Do
Our addiction treatment PHP/IOP program with housing integrates traditional 12-step principles with modern therapies, led by EMDR specialist Ryan Terry and primary therapist Mike Ansley. We offer trauma-informed care, EMDR, vibroacoustic therapy, multisensory and holistic healing. Unique to Design is eco-adventure therapy, which involves outdoor activities like surfing and mindfulness to promote resilience. Volunteerism is a key component, helping participants find purpose and community connection. With innovative therapies and experienced leadership, Design empowers individuals to recover and thrive. Yes! While we do not utilize opioid replacement, our experienced medical team employs evidence based approaches to substance use disorders through mu opioid receptor antagonizing medications to curb cravings. Additionally, we know that substance use is most-often a co-occuring disease and that medications are an integral part of mental health treatment.
