Many of our adolescents struggle with emotion dysregulation and may display high-risk or self-harming behaviors. DBT is research-proven to help reduce these issues. Through DBT, we teach our patients the skills needed for distress tolerance, improved impulse control, emotion regulation, and effective communication.
