At Claymont Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), we offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with opioid addictions. Located in Claymont, Delaware, our treatment center provides MAT programming in a convenient outpatient format. MAT combines the use of prescription medication with talk therapy to provide a whole-person approach to achieving long-term recovery. At our clinic, we can prescribe methadone or buprenorphine for patients, and we offer individual counseling sessions to provide a comprehensive approach to care. Participating in MAT is associated with a wide range of patient benefits, including better employment outcomes, decreased illicit opioid use, and increased social functioning. MeadowWood Behavioral Health Hospital in New Castle, Delaware, is a leading provider of partial hospitalization programming (PHP) for adolescents, adults, and seniors.
