Both Addiction and Mental Health Services
Crossroads offers both mental health and addiction programs including medication management. We believe that navigating the road to recovery, "Starts with You" we offer the following programs. Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Individual Counseling, Relapse Prevention, Aftercare, Medication Management, Interventions and Evidence Based Treatment. We are In-Network with most insurances and are an approved NH Medicaid Provider. We provide intakes with-in 24-48 hours for all programs. It has been a long road. I drank for almost three decades. I started drinking regularly when I was seventeen and I didn’t stop until I was forty-four. I went from being kicked out of my home to repairing my marriage. In the same year my wife and I just celebrated our 34 year anniversary and I received my “14” Medallion from AA. My son, who wrote me a letter about how horrible I was just ten years ago now tells me he loves me. I also have real friends. I used to be isolated and only hang out with other addicts and alcoholics. Today I’m friends with a bunch of people and I feel like I can call any one of them. In the past, I could only call one or two people… and the only reason they would help me is because they were going to get something from me. In recovery, I learned I could count on people because they truly want to help. This is the feeling I enjoyed and I wanted to give back. I did an internship and I really enjoyed it. A lot of them were court ordered but you could see they wanted help. Like me, they just didn’t know how to ask for it. Intensive Outpatient Programs - Substance Use
Here at Crossroads Recovery Center we offer two separate substance use programs a PHP and IOP that are effective alternatives and enables individuals to work or attend other obligations while getting the support necessary for success. We offer a daytime PHP 9:00 am-2:00 pm that specializes in Evidence Based Treatment and we also offer an Evening SUD IOP 5:30 pm - 8:30pm. Each of our therapist draw from first hand experience. We believe that every client young and old deserves a better way of life and navigating the road to recovery, "Starts with You !

Partial Hospitalization Program - Substance Use
Here are at Crossroads Recovery Center we understand the necessity for intensive outpatient services that help individuals cope with with the additional anxiety and depression symptoms that we are facing everyday there is support to help those who would benefit in a group setting of others who are experiencing similar difficulties.
