At CrossPath you will find our clinicians are trained in a variety of ways. We are all versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioral therapy (DBT) and can employ these "evidence based" modalities when needed. On top of that we can provide services to help with family issues, substance use disorder, parent coaching, and many others. What does therapy look like?
Each clinician has their own therapeutic style, and that style reflects their uniqueness as an individual. While we are all trained to maintain a level of professionalism in the clinical setting, we are just as human as our clients and there is a wonderful balance we strive to maintain to keep the human element ever present in each session.
