Crescent Moon Recovery provides treatment for addiction and co-occurring disorders through programs spanning the outpatient continuum of care including our Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) Programs anchored in evidence-based practices delivering participant-centered care. We listen to the unique backgrounds of our participants as well as their unique treatment needs and challenges to develop a personalized treatment plan for each participant. The program’s clinical components are provided in conjunction with nonclinical components fostering the development of self-care practices and resilience in recovery including a commitment to healthy living involving diet, activity, mindfulness, and sleep; and facilitating the development of healthy support networks with fellow participants at Crescent Moon Recovery and local 12-step or other peer-led recovery groups where an existing support infrastructure is already present.
