Creekside Collaborative Therapy is a network of licensed independent contractor clinicians and unlicensed supervised master's level therapists in private practice. We share a common vision of providing quality multidisciplinary mental health services that are trauma-informed and based on interventions that have been proven to be effective. Our clinicians have long-standing connections to the community and believe in the power of partnership and collaboration. We Offer a Comprehensive Selection of Services
Creekside Collaborative Therapy offers a variety of therapeutic services. We provide individual, family and group therapy along with medication management. We have therapists who specialize in EMDR, Brainspotting, Play therapy, DBT, Yoga and other trauma-focused interventions. In addition, we provide community trainings, therapeutic mentoring and supervision/consultation for other mental health professionals. We have Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioners (PMHNP) who can provide medication management for clients of all ages. We Accept Most Major Insurances & Medicaid
We are in-network with most major insurance companies, including Medicaid. When we are out of network we offer affordable cash rates.
