Cove Forge Behavioral Health, located in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, offers an inpatient detoxification program for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions to alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, methamphetamines, marijuana, and other substances. Our detox program is designed to help adults safely and comfortably withdraw from substances and begin their recovery journeys. Nursing staff monitors patients 24/7 and provides care during the withdrawal process. At our detox facility, we offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT), an evidence-based treatment method that combines prescription medications with therapy to help individuals physically and psychologically find freedom from opioid addictions. Patients typically stay in our detox program for three to five days, but a patient’s specific needs and circumstances determine their actual length of stay. We are committed to providing compassionate care to support patients on their path to recovery. What To Expect
Throughout their time in our detox program, patients are able to participate in a variety of therapeutic interventions, depending on their medical stability. Physicians, physician assistants, and nurses are available to provide medication management services, and patients meet with them frequently during their time with us. Within 24 hours of admission to our detox program, patients have an individual therapy session with a detox counselor. Additional sessions can be conducted as needed. Group therapy is the primary method of treatment in our detox program, and patients can expect to participate in up to seven group sessions each day. Topics covered in these groups may include addiction education, relapse prevention strategies, education about withdrawal, how to find a sponsor, and what to expect after treatment. We also provide patients with the opportunity to participate in exercise, spirituality, gratitude, and humor groups. Admissions
We understand that people may need to enter treatment quickly, which is why we have designed an easy and straightforward admissions process so that people can get the help they need in a timely manner. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and you can call our treatment center anytime to speak with a friendly admissions staff member. They will ask you questions about your current circumstances, medical history, and goals for pursuing treatment. Following this conversation, the admissions coordinator may provide an admission date and, if needed, arrange transportation to our Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, facility.
