Programs and Levels of Care at Cove Forge

The programming provided at Cove Forge Behavioral Health is designed to be all-inclusive, offering individuals one setting in which to receive the care needed to address all of their concerns. The detox program provides individuals with medically monitored care as substances of abuse are removed from their systems. The residential rehabilitation program offers an array of therapeutic interventions that are designed to help individuals overcome their problems with substance abuse. For those who are suffering from an addiction to opioids, they can find additional support through the Heroin Opiate Positive Experience (H.O.P.E.) program where they can recover from the effects that opioids have had on their brains. The dual diagnosis rehabilitation program delivers diagnosis-specific treatment for individuals who are suffering from addictions in addition to co-occurring mental health or psychiatric concerns. Cove Forge also offers an expanded music program in which individuals can study music history and music appreciation, while also engaging in a performance group and a recording group. Additionally, Cove Forge provides programming for family members every Wednesday and Saturday so that they are better able to support their loved one in recovery.

Admissions Process at Cove Forge Behavioral Health

At Cove Forge, the admissions process is designed to be one that is comfortable and streamlined, eliminating as much intimidation as possible. Making the decision to receive treatment for any type of substance use or mental health concern can be challenging, which is why the staff aims to make the process one that is encouraging and supportive. Individuals can begin this process by contacting the admissions department at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The compassionate and knowledgeable professionals who make up the admissions team will gather information regarding an individual's presenting concerns and why he or she is seeking treatment. This can include information about one's personal and family history, any medical or mental health complications that may exist, and whether or not treatment has been previously received. If an individual is currently in the hospital, the medical director will conduct a review of hospital records. After all the information has been gathered and reviewed, and it is determined that Cove Forge will be able to fully meet the individual's needs, the admissions coordinator with set and confirm a date of admissions and can assist with setting up transportation if needed.
