Clients we serve include individuals, teens, couples, and families seeking a supportive, trauma-informed and attachment-informed space to heal, grow, and strengthen self-awareness and relationships. We help teens and families navigate identity development, trauma, emotional regulation, and adoption-related stress. Couples come for communication, connection, and conflict work at all stages of partnership and life transitions. All of our clinicians are trained in Brainspotting and adoption-competent therapy along with other modalities to support deeper nervous-system-based healing and lasting change.

We provide trauma-informed, attachment-focused, client-centered counseling for individuals, teens, couples, and families. Our approach integrates Brainspotting, adoption-competent care, IFS, and relational therapy to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and meaningful, lasting change across life transitions and relationships.
