Are you struggling to find balance, feeling disconnected, longing for a sense of peace, or to find some joy in your life? We can help. Counseling Associates for Well-Being has offices in 3 locations, Athens, Marietta/East Cobb, and Smyrna/Vinings, and can serve clients throughout Georgia via telehealth as well. We are a group of skilled, caring therapists with a wealth of training and experience. Reach out if you need help with anxiety, relationship stress, worry, depression, loneliness, trauma and grief. We help people to improve their well-being and their relationships. Our therapists provide couples', individual, and family therapy, group counseling, and integrated yoga therapy. If you have problems with sleep or concentration, worry a lot, or feel sad or blue, we have some ways to help you navigate that. Feeling disconnected and lonely in your relationship? Struggling with self worth or old family issues that are coming up again, feeling overwhelmed by caring for others? Our therapists have a range of training and expertise in things like Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and Imago as well as Gottman Method therapy. We have trauma specialists skilled in CBT and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as somatic and other body based approaches. Give us a call.
