My overall goal is to help you live your life more holistically, reducing the affect and impact that past traumas have on you. I strive to create with you a space of safety and support to help reach your goals and grow into the person you want to be. One of the ways that we will be able to achieve that is through a somatic/interoceptive perspective and bringing awareness to what your body is telling you in moments of any heightened emotion.
