Couple and Family Therapy Since 1932
Founded over 85 years ago, we've trained countless therapists and provided therapy to thousands of families in greater Philadelphia. Our therapy services are provided by therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and supervised interns from our education programs.

70 therapists and psychiatrists plus 50 interns provide counseling to families, couples and individuals at Council's ten offices (in PA: Philadelphia - Center City and University City; Wynnewood; Bryn Mawr; Paoli; Exton; Blue Bell; Oxford Valley; in NJ: Voorhees and Lawrenceville). Our clinicians represent over 45 specialty areas, including communication skills, grief and loss, family dynamics, gender and sexual identity, trauma, and depression and anxiety.

Fees are calculated on a sliding scale based on income. We are committed to providing quality service to all those in need, regardless of ability to pay.
