Groups
Mental Health Skills Group

The Mental Health Skills Group is a group that combines DBT and CBT for an engaging group to improve mental health. Participants are taught skills that they can practice and discuss each week to manage stress, anxiety, depression, etc. This group is always open and is on a 12 week rotation. There are two groups currently meeting: Tuesday evening at 5 pm and Tuesday morning at 9 am. You are welcome to join either one!

DBT Group

This group is based entirely on DBT and is very skill based. There is a brief "orientation" that is completed with the leader prior to starting the group. It takes six months to get through all of the DBT skills. Participants can start the group at any time, as we continually rotate through all of the skills. DBT covers four areas: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance skills. The group meets every Thursday at 1 pm.
