Connections Wellness Group teaches participants how to manage an array of issues including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, major life chances and substance use. Connections Wellness Group Arlington offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), individual or family therapy, and medication management for those who need help in operating at their personal finest. Arlington staff, who are warm, inviting, and nonjudgmental, will help you manage current life stressors, to include work, family, and the post pandemic world. Our staff, who use trauma informed care, will utilize DBT, CBT, music therapy and a multitude of other theories to promote your personal growth. Arlington has the highest number of participants, in the nation, moving towards their purpose with higher optimism and general satisfaction with life.
