Connections by Maryvale supports San Gabriel Valley families with adolescents ages 12–17 facing substance use, mental health, or co‑occurring concerns. Bilingual care, family‑centered, and led by an experienced clinical team.
Two Paths, One Goal
We offer two flexible programs to fit your family’s life. Our after-school Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) meets in small groups at our Duarte clinic. Our Outpatient Therapy and Groups program offers individual and group sessions for adolescents. Both are bilingual, family-involved, and teen-centered. Most insurance accepted, including Medi-Cal.
