Addictions Treatment
Congruent Counseling Services provides an Intensive Outpatient Program for the treatment of addictions and/or mental health issues. We are State of Maryland Certified and have been providing outpatient counseling services for over 20 years. The director, Mark Donovan, has over 30 years of experience treating addictions and dual diagnosis concerns. Dialectic Behavioral Therapy is a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) designed to work with people with persistent suicidal thoughts or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
