Couples Intensives & Retreats
Know your relationship needs help? Standard couples therapy is typically 1 hour session per week which is valuable. However, some couples want to jump start their work together to combine few months of couples therapy into 2.25 days or longer. As a Gottman Level 3 Trained Couples Therapist who enjoys providing tailored Couples Intensives and who has been on the other side by attending an Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) Workshop with my spouse, I can help both of you cultivate greater understanding of one another, communicate & connect better, and live a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
