OUR SERVICES
Compass Health Center – Oak Brook is a mental health organization in the Chicagoland-area providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with mood, anxiety, trauma, and OCD that are impacting their daily functioning. Compass's clinicians use evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP, proven to be the gold standard for the treatment of these conditions. Through an in-depth team-based approach to care, the clinician team will determine the best possible treatment path for you—all while you maintain life at home. In both PHP and IOP, your day will consist of group therapy sessions focused on building skills and strategies to help manage symptoms. We also offer Virtual Outpatient Psychiatry Services for individuals who are seeking an outpatient psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner.

We strive to set the standard of excellence for PHP and IOP levels of care by providing comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based mental health treatment to our patients and their families. We understand that treatment involves more than just the individual – it requires reinforcing the foundation of the entire support system. Our priority is to help participants build the necessary skills needed to flourish in their daily life as quickly as possible while maintaining life at home. We also offer Virtual Outpatient Psychiatry Services for individuals who are seeking an outpatient psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner.
COMPASS VIRTUAL
We have taken our successful in-person treatment model and translated it into an effective virtual model, allowing individuals to access mental health treatment wherever they are located. Our virtual model incorporates the same multi-disciplinary approach that our in-person model utilizes and is enhanced in various ways to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes. We incorporate only evidenced-based treatment modalities. We are currently accepting new patients for our virtual programs that specialize in Adolescents (ages 14-18), Young Adults (ages 18-23), Adults (ages 23+), and OCD (ages 18+). Our full-day, half-day, after-school, evening, and weekend virtual programs are recommended based on the patient's age and individual needs. Throughout treatment, individuals participate in DBT/CBT/ACT group therapy, individual therapy sessions, family sessions, and psychiatric management. Psychiatric evaluation occurs within 2 days of starting the program and is ongoing throughout treatment.
