Immediate Access to Specialized Mental Health Care
When mental health gets in the way of living your best life, we’re here to help. Compass Health Center provides immediate access to specialized, comprehensive in-person and virtual mental health services. Our age-based Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs are designed for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with mood, anxiety, trauma, and OCD symptoms that are impacting their daily functioning. Compass Health Center's clinicians use evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP, which have proven to be the gold standard for treating these conditions. In both PHP and IOP, you will work closely with your treatment team while participating in daily group therapy sessions focused on building skills and strategies to help manage symptoms. Access to Immediate care is a crucial aspect of a strong mental health system. At Compass Health Center, we believe that immediate access to information, mental health assessments, and psychiatric evaluations can make a significant difference in a person’s long-term well-being and health outcomes. That’s why we have placed a high value on ensuring immediate access to assessments within 24 hours of calling and psychiatric evaluations within 24-48 hours of starting a program. Mental health is complex and requires specialization. This is why Compass Health Center’s treatment encompasses more than general PHP and IOP programs. Our team utilizes evidence-based approaches and has specific expertise to provide specialized care for complex diagnoses, including trauma, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, school refusal, mental health and substance use, mental health, pain and illness, and more. In instances where Compass Health Center may not be the most suitable option for a patient, we collaborate closely with the patient, their healthcare team, and/or their family members to find a more suitable alternative. We have taken our successful in-person treatment model and translated it into an effective virtual model, allowing individuals to access mental health treatment wherever they are located. Our virtual model incorporates the same multi-disciplinary approach that our in-person model utilizes and is enhanced in various ways to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes. We specialize in mental health care for adolescents (ages 12-18), young adults (ages 18-23), and adults (ages 23+). Our full-day, half-day, after-school, evening, and weekend virtual programs are recommended based on the individual's age and needs. Throughout treatment, individuals participate in DBT/CBT/ACT group therapy, individual therapy sessions, family sessions, and psychiatric management. Take the first step to help.
