K& I Healthcare Services was founded in 2019 as the brainchild of Ike Obiora and Kelvinda Kamara, psychiatric nurse practitioners who recognized that the mental health care system was broken during their work in Baltimore, Maryland. As their frustration grew with the prevalence of untreated mental illness among traditionally underserved populations, they decided to start a mental health organization that viewed the underlying social, emotional, and medical determinants of patient behavior as major drivers of the treatment planning and service delivery processes

The Little Love Notes, LLC (LLN) is a certified Mental Health agency established in March 2021. We are an organization that provides direct mental health, and community support services to children, adolescents, and adult clients in outpatient settings in Maryland. We offer Therapy, Psychiatry, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP). We aim to provide convenient, high-quality rehabilitation services to clients within Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, and the surrounding counties. Barbara Harrison is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a Certified Advanced Practice Addiction Registered Nurse and a Maryland State approved Substance Abuse Supervisor. Ms. Harrison is Certified in: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). She is a member of the International Nurses Society on Addictions, the American Nurses Association, the Maryland Nurses Association, and is a Member if the Montgomery County Local Behavioral Health Authority Provider Council. She Specializes in working with individuals, families, and Groups in the treatment of mental health.
