Our Mission
Communicare Michigan, LLC is dedicated to providing brain injury survivors, post trauma and individuals with other neurological impairments the skills and supports necessary to attain their highest level of functioning and quality of life in a supportive, community environment. Therapies & Services
Communicare Michigan provides Neurocognitive and Neurobehavioral services to individuals with mental and cognitive impairments through a functional, community integrated and multidisciplinary approach. Our clients are provided unique opportunities to receive clinical services such as: Mental Health, Speech & Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and CranioSacral Therapy. We also offer a Semi Independent Living program named appropriately, Home and Community Based Rehabilitation (HCBR). Additionally, Day Programming is offered at our 3 locations, where members can receive vocational and life skills services while also having the opportunity to participate in Art Therapy. We have two Clubhouses In Southeast Michigan. (Troy, and Utica, MI) and one in the beautiful Palm Harbor Florida! We are Community, Care & Compassion
