Participants build skills and connection in a safe and welcoming space, connecting with peers their age while learning valuable skills to manage mental health, emotions, and life challenges. Through guided discussions and activities, group members will: Learn practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, develop healthy coping skills for stress, anxiety, and big emotions, strengthen social skills and build positive peer relationships, talk about school pressures, family dynamics, and other life experiences Share and grow within a safe, nonjudgmental environment This group is designed to help teens feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate the ups and downs of adolescence.

In Person Emotional Wellness Group: Middle School
Building Resilience & Connection : This supportive group is designed to help middle schoolers improve their overall mental health while connecting with peers in a safe and encouraging space. Through interactive activities and discussion, group members will: Practice mindfulness to stay present and reduce stress, build emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills, strengthen interpersonal effectiveness and improve peer interactions, learn healthy ways to cope with anxiety, strong emotions, and daily challenges and gain confidence in expressing themselves and navigating relationships This group helps students grow their emotional toolkit while feeling supported and understood by others their age.
